Sarah has spent the last year teaching yoga at the Heritage Nursing Home on Queen Street in Toronto.
These classes are designed for maximum benifit for participants with limited physical capabilities.
In this class the students enjoy the comeraderie, music, movement and relaxation techiniques that Sasmita Yoga teaches them every week. One of their favourite closing postures is the seated Lion Pose where Sarah really encourages them to ROAR!! like a Lion, they love the opportunity to really use their lungs which results in lots of laughter.
