Even though I joined Sarah's prenatal yoga class only 6-8 wks before my due date I still gained so much. I used all of Sarah's teachings (about breathing, relaxation and visualization) when I was in labour. I'm convinced it helped me to get through those contractions and have a natural delivery. I could hear Sarah's voice telling me "Don't fight it, ride it like a wave and let it go." I'm so glad I attended these classes and I look forward to attending again in future. Thank you Sarah!
